Common questions
- How long does it take?
- We submit your filing within 3 business days, or the same business day with same-day filing. After that, your state reviews it on its own schedule, anywhere from the same day to a few weeks; we email you the moment it's approved.
- What if my name is taken?
- We check it before filing. If it's unavailable we file under the backup name you give us, or email you for another choice, so a conflict never costs you the state fee.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel any time before we submit to the state and everything you paid is refunded except the $20 filing & processing charge. Reply to any of our emails or use your filing record.
