Filed, or your service fee back.
If the state rejects your filing because of our error, we fix it and refile at no cost to you. If we still can't get it filed, we refund our service fee. Before we submit, you can cancel for a full refund of everything.
What it doesn't cover: the state's fee once it has been paid, and rejections caused by the information you gave us, which get one free correction instead. The full list is below.
What we promise
Cancel before we submit
Until we submit your filing to the state, cancel for a full refund of everything you paid, including the state fee, which we haven't paid yet. No cancellation fee.
The state rejects it because of our error
We correct it and refile at no cost to you, including any extra fee the state charges to refile. If we still can't get it filed, we refund our service fee.
The state rejects the information you gave us
For example, the name isn't available or the agent address isn't accepted. We make one correction and refile at no service fee, using your backup name if you gave one. Any extra fee the state charges is yours.
We miss same-day submission
On an expedited order, if we miss same-day submission for a reason within our control, we refund the $50 upgrade and the filing goes ahead.
What the guarantee doesn't cover
- Once we submit your filing, the state fee has been paid to the state. We can't refund it unless the state refunds it to us, and then you get every dollar back.
- After we submit, our service fee isn't refundable for a change of mind, or when the filing can't be completed because of the information you gave us.
- We don't promise the state's processing time, that a name will be available, or that the state will approve a filing. The state decides.
- The $50 upgrade isn't refunded when the delay is waiting on you (a signature, agent acceptance, correction, or missing information), when the state's system is down, or when the state accepts only paper filings.
- The operating agreement is emailed to you when you pay. It's refunded if you cancel the whole order before we submit, or if it's defective.
How to claim it
Email admin@standardfilings.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day, and approved refunds go back to the card you paid with within 2 business days of approval. This guarantee is given by Standard Business Services LLC, 1317 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804.
